1. Who you are dealing with
This website is run by TailorEDucation ("TailorED", "we", "us"). Questions, complaints and corrections go to [email protected], where a member of our team will read it.
2. What this site is for
The pages here describe what we do and let you contact us, request our pitch deck or run the free onboarding cost calculator. Nothing on the site is a binding offer, a quote or professional advice for your specific situation. Prices shown are indicative until they are written into a signed proposal.
3. The free onboarding cost calculator
The calculator is a planning aid and does not provide an audit. Its output depends on the numbers you enter. You can use it to start an internal conversation, but it should not be the sole basis for a hiring, budget or redundancy decision. We give no warranty of accuracy and accept no liability for decisions made from its results.
4. Our content stays ours
The text, design, illustrations, the onboarding cost calculator and its underlying maths belong to TailorED. You may read, share and quote us with credit. You may not copy, resell, rebuild or white-label the tool or the materials without written permission.
5. Your content stays yours
Anything you send us through a form, including your details, your numbers and your context, remains yours. We use it only to answer you or deliver the thing you asked for, exactly as described in the privacy notice.
6. Fair use
Please do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the site, and do not submit other people's personal data without their knowledge. We may block access if you do.
7. Liability
We keep the site working as well as we reasonably can, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms as the site changes; the version published here is the one that applies. Austrian law governs these terms, and the competent courts of Vienna have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules in your own country say otherwise.
