Yes — but intentionally. We use AI tools to support parts of our development process and improve efficiency. But we don't rely on AI to design or generate learning experiences end-to-end. Effective learning needs to reflect real workflows, real context, and real people — that level of nuance can't be automated. In many cases, using AI for content generation would also raise data privacy concerns. That's why we keep sensitive information out of external tools and build solutions with care.

Who We Are

We come from different corners of the learning world — operations, learner experience, instructional design. Three people who had one identical frustration.

We watched learning turn into slide decks, dashboards, and "just click through it" modules nobody remembered five minutes later. Worse — we were often the ones standing next to the learner, asked to convince them this was the best training they'd ever dreamt of taking.

Was it? No.

So we built TailorEd to raise the standard of what training is allowed to call itself.
