How long would it take for you to develop a training solution?
It depends on the type of solution and complexity of the project. However, it varies between 4 weeks to a years-long partnership. We’re available for urgent projects too — we’ll align quickly, set a focused plan, and make sure you feel fully supported.
Would the course be hosted on your platform or ours?
The course will be hosted fully in your ecosystem to avoid any dependencies on us.
Do we need to subscribe or can we keep the materials you develop?
It is a one-time purchase, unless you decide to request a retainer.
Can our LMS support the training program you develop?
Yes, we provide our courses in all standardised formats, supported by 99% of all LMS.
Do you use AI in your work?
Yes — but intentionally.
We use AI tools to support parts of our development process and improve efficiency. But we don’t rely on AI to design or generate learning experiences end-to-end. Effective learning needs to reflect real workflows, real context, and real people — that level of nuance can’t be automated.
In many cases, using AI for content generation would also raise data privacy concerns. That’s why we keep sensitive information out of external tools and build solutions with care.
Can you provide filming and video crew in case we would like to have a video training in place?
Absolutely! We work with various crews that are mobile to ensure you get the training you desire hassle-free.
What if we want to make changes to the training materials you crafted?
From text to video and animations—any changes can be made; you just need to reach out, and we will be at your service to make it happen.
What about safety and compliance?
Given that we are working with all industry-standard tools and file exports, we are compliant with all safety standards. All data and information used can always be stored on your cloud while giving us temporary access to it. We also have standardised NDAs to ensure confidentiality.
When we host the course, does it provide us with sufficient data insights?
We care about measuring the right thing! We will help you understand what your people need and the metrics you need to keep an eye on. The complexity of data can go from a basic overview to very complex and detailed insights, depending on your needs.
