We came from different corners of the learning world:
operations, learner experience and instructional design. And everywhere along our professional journeys, the same problem showed up. Learning was treated as an information dump.
Expectedly, first on the list for budget cuts, content left outdated (and let’s be honest, rarely even opened), and context completely lost.
AI spat out a bunch of generic modules no one cared to check (or God forbid, remember) – but hey, at least it saved time to populate the platform. Meanwhile, people struggled to do their work better. Frustrated, clicking through soul-crushing modules during their lunch breaks, robbed of their time and patience.
When it failed (…and it always did), leadership would just shrug: “Told you it wouldn’t work.”
Learning was always trivialized into slide deck and dashboards that meant nothing.
We didn’t want to be another learning company.
So the three of us came together to build TailorEd, to do it right. We don’t cling to what works now – we evolve before it expires. Learning changes, and so do we.
People can get better at what they do, when they’re properly equipped with the correct tools.
Results can go beyond colourful dashboards.

Instructional design guru — and proudly allergic to dirty screens. His ideas come loud, fast, and usually with a bass drop. Loves a good challenge and the kind of unconventional solutions that pull people out of their comfort zones
Billy
Known for being able to tame the chaos — the grounding force that somehow makes everyone else breathe again. Secretly in a long-term relationship with spreadsheets. Analytical mind, who finds magic in metrics, and satisfaction in solving what others call impossible.
Arina
Beyoncé dance breaks and the voice of reason — most days. A fierce learner advocate with an eye for experience that actually feels human. Known for turning creative chaos into reality (usually while wearing fuzzy slippers). She’s the “let’s burn the rulebook” energy that keeps the team bold and just the right kind of wild.
